| NCAE Makakabuti ba? Just a few days ago, The Government conduct a National Collegiate Aptitude Examination. The purpose is too determine the capabilities and future career of the graduating student. Fortunately, if the student still undecided in his/her future career and failed or scored poor on that NCAE portion. The tendency is that you will not get the desired course. Second, the Govt is pushing again for a technology oriented career. Look we dont have technology in the country, therefore where is the technology going after college?
